具有电压运算功能的CMOS电流传输器

摘要 本文给出了一种新的电流传输器.与传统的第二代电流传输器CCII相比,本文设计的电路不仅具有CCII 的所有功能,还能处理电压信号的加减运算,因此有更强的通用性.文中给出了该模块的CMOS实现方法,PSPICE 模拟表明电路有很好的特性. A novel current conveyor was presented. Comparing with the conventional CCII , the circuit not only has all functions of the CCII but also can carry out voltage operation, and hence it is a powerful building block. The CMOS realization of the circuit was described. PSPICE simulations indicate the excellent performance of the proposed circuit.
