摘要
随着经济全球化的不断深化,国家之间的交流越来越频繁。作为国际通用语的英语在国际交流中的作用也越来越大。高等学校的英语教学承担着为国家培养高层次、高素质国际性人才的重任,因此,高校大学英语教学的定位必然要向实用性以及国际性方向发展。目前,在我国各高校英语教学中,由于各种因素的影响,英语教学的效果并未达到预期,这使得整个社会对高校英语教学质量产生了质疑。为此,有必要结合国内高校英语教学所存在的问题,深入地探讨加强英语教学改革的方法。该文拟结合笔者在教学中的实际情况,对上述问题进行详尽的阐述分析。
With the deepening of economic globalization,exchange between countries is becoming more and more frequent.As an international common language,the role of English in international communication is becoming more and more important.English teaching in colleges and universities has the important task of cultivating high level and high quality international talents.Therefore,the orientation of English teaching in colleges and universities is bound to be practical and international.At present,because of various factors,the effect of English teaching has not achieved the objectives expected,which makes college English teaching quality be questioned.It is necessary to combine the problems of English teaching in colleges and universities and to explore the methods of the reform in English teaching.This paper intends to analyze the above problems in detail according to the actual situation of teaching.
