摘要
在20世纪80年代,美国语言教育家Stephen Krashen提出了"情感过滤"理论,这个理论认为情感在第二外语的习得过程中起着至关重要的作用,紧张、焦虑等负面情绪会阻碍学生对语言学习的输入,从而造成学习障碍。为了减少这种负面影响,为学生营造积极的课堂学习氛围,本文提出在教师的指导下进行英语课堂冥想实践,将从"情感过滤"的理论解释,冥想实践的好处和如何操作三个方面进行具体阐释。
American linguistic educationist Stephen Krashen proposed the“affective filter”theory in the 1980s. According to the theory, negative attitude, such as stress or anxiety, contributes to affective filter which prevents the students from sufficient input during their process of learning a second language. In order to counteract this impact and establish a positive class atmosphere, this paper presents the practice of teacher-guided meditation, focusing on the theoretical explanation of“affective filter”, the benefits of meditation and how to meditate in the English classroom.
