摘要
在探讨互联网时代大学英语教学模式内涵的基础上,以创造性破坏为分析框架从心智模式、组织结构、核心能力和保障机制4个方面对传统大学英语教学模式存在的问题进行剖析,认为建构互联网时代大学英语教学模式的关键在改变思维、重塑组织、重构核心竞争力和改进保障机制。
On the foundation of discussing the connotation of College English teaching mode in the Internet era, the paper analyzesthe existing problems of traditional college English teaching mode from four aspects, such as mental models, organizational struc-ture, core competence and the safeguard mechanism, under the framework creative destruction; the key to the construction of Col-lege English teaching mode in the Internet era is changing the mental mode, reshaping the organization, reconstructing the corecompetitiveness and improving the security mechanism.
