摘要
外教资源的利用,在大学的发展尤其是外语学科的发展中,扮演着不容忽视的角色。然而,目前外教资源的利用中还存在一些问题,表现在外教资源的质量和外教资源利用的效率方面。文章提出了一系列建设性方案,以实现外教资源利用的最优化,实现高校的可持续发展。
Utilizing foreign teachers as resources is playing an important role in the development of Chinese universities, especial?ly in that of foreign language subjects. There are, however, some problems in the utilization, including the quality of the resourc?es and the efficiency of their utilization. The present paper suggests a list of constructive solutions in the hope of optimizing the utilization of foreign teachers as resources, and thus achieving the sustainable development of Chinese universities.
