摘要
The main goal of English is to train the students'communicative competence in English language,which is embodied in the students'oral expressive abilities.So it is important for teachers to cultivate the students'speaking abilities.In class,teacher should cultivate students and organize the student-centered activity effectively,providing more chances for students to practice English,in order to improve the oral English teaching.Hence,teachers should play the roles well,respectively as director,participant,consultant,organizer and tutor.
