摘要
Ludwig Wittgenstein提出了"家族相似性"观点,推翻了传统的关于属性必须是"全范畴的"观点,指出属于统一范畴的成员不可能拥有该范畴的全部属性,相反,各成员的属性是相互连接的交错、相互联系的。将家族相似性运用于英语教学中对于英语语言习得有很大帮助。
Ludwig Wittgenstein put forward the concept of family resemblance,which overthrows the idea that attributes should be shared within the whole category.He indicates that it is impossible for all the members of one category to have all the attributes in that category.On the contrary,the attributes of different overlap each other.When this theory is applied in the acquisition of English polysemy preposition,it helps a lot.
