摘要
我国国有企业改革的根本途径是建立以“产权清晰 ,权责明确 ,政企分开 ,管理科学”为特征的现代企业制度。现代企业制度通过法人治理结构形成科学的领导体制和管理体制 ,从而有利于管理的科学化和效率化。人力资本是与物质资本相对应的资本范畴 ,它在现代社会的经济增长中起关键作用。以人力资本理论研究为基础 ,对我国人力资本的投入和使用状况进行了分析 ,从而提出加快我国企业人力资本积累是建立完善的现代企业制度 ,提高我国企业自身素质 。
The main passage of the enterprise reform of our country is to establish a modern enterprise system with special characters:clear property right,clear right and responsibility,separation of government functions from those einterprises, and scientific managencnt.Through the managing structure by a legal person,the moraern enterprise system forms a scientific leating system and managenent system,which is useful to scientific management and efficiency.Human capital is a capital corresponding to material capital. It plays an important part in the economical increase of the mordern society.Taking the theoretical study on human capital as a base, the article analyzes the investmunt and the usage of our country's human capital, and suggests that a modern enterprise system is a key to speed up the accumulation of human capital of our canntry's enterprises, improve the enterprises them selves' quality,and strengthen the competition.
