摘要
在经典DEA模型的基础上,对随机输入产出指标进行了深入分析,提出随机投入与产出指标可信值的计算方法.为提高评价的准确性,增加了多个评价准则,从而形成了多准则随机DEA评价模型.通过对项目投资评价的一个算例,讨论了该模型的运用,并用计算结果表明可信值计算方法的实用性和可操作性.
Based on the traditional DEA model, the random input and output indexes are analyzed in detail. A method for reliability calculation is proposed. To get more accurate evaluation, multiple criteria are added to the DEA model to get a multicriteria random DEA model. An example is presented to show the application of the proposed model and the practicability and feasibility of the method for reliability calculation.
