摘要
内蒙古河套地区是多民族、多省份人口聚居之地。由于黄河、草原、阴山、战争和移民等因素共同作用,孕育出独具特色的饮食文化。河套人民巧妙地将自己的饮食文化融入风趣幽默、内涵深邃的歇后语这种语言形式中去。通过对与饮食相关的河套歇后语的深入研究,发现河套饮食文化具有原生态性、多样性、包容性与抒情性等多种特质。
Hetao area of Inner Mongolia is a multi-ethnic and multi-provincial populated area.Due to the combination of the Yellow River,the prairie,Yinshan mountains,wars and immigration,a unique food culture came into being.The people of Hetao ingeniously integrate their food culture into the language form of the Two-Part Allegorical Sayings,which is humorous and profound in connotation.Through the in-depth study of the diet-related Two-Part Allegorical Sayings in Hetao,it is found that the food culture of Hetao has a variety of characteristics such as original ecology,diversity,inclusiveness and lyricism.
