摘要
分析现阶段高校职业生涯教育现状和职业生涯规划在就业指导工作中的作用,并提出一系列有效完善学生职业生涯规划的切实可行的措施。
Taking the role of career planning in college students’employment guidance as the topic,this paper simply analyzes the current situation of college career education and the role of career planning in employment guidance,and puts forward a series of effective and feasible measures to improve students’career planning.
