摘要
针对旋转机械滑动轴承结构参数确定及后续优化方向的问题,提出了一种有限差分和有限元相结合的轴承参数特性分析方法。以某型齿轮箱的径向滑动轴承为研究对象,基于流体润滑控制方程建立滑动轴承的无量纲Reynolds方程。从轴承结构参数方面,基于九点中心差分格式将方程离散化,在Reynolds边界条件下利用逐次超松弛迭代法(Successive Over Relaxation)求解轴承稳态工作时的油膜分布力;分析了滑动轴承在不同宽径比、偏心率的条件下油膜承载力、端泄量、最小油膜厚度、偏位角之间的关系。数值计算结果表明该方法在实际工程中具有一定的参考意义。
On determining rotating machinery sliding bearing structure parameter and its subsequent optimized direction, a method of analyzing the characteristics of bearing parameters combined finite difference and finite element is proposed in this paper. This paper studies the radial sliding bearing of certain gear box and establishes dimensionless Reynolds equation of sliding bearings based on fluid lubrication control equation. From the aspects of bearing structural parameters, the author discretizes the equation at nine o'clock central difference format and solves the oil film force distribution of bearings in steady operation by using Successive Over Relaxation Iteration method in Reynolds boundary conditions. Besides, under the condition of different width diameter ratio and eccentricity ratio, the relationship among the oil film bearing capacity, the amount of side leakage, the minimum oil film thickness and deviation angle of sliding bearings is analyzed. These calculations proves to have certain reference significance in practical engineering.
