摘要
人事档案是人才信息的载体,人事档案的归集和立卷要按照一定的规范和程序进行,管好用好人事档案对人才资源的开发起着重要的作用。本文着重探讨人事档案管理工作中存在的问题及对策。
Personnel files are carriers of talents' information. The collection and establishment of personnel files should comply with some certain standards and procedures. Managing and Making good use of personnel files plays an important role in human resources development . This paper focuses on the existing problems and their countermeasures in personnel files management .
