With the society progressing,people have come to become aware of the importance of good health in their busy work and life.Of the many sports,the aerobics is a new popular sport meeting with the need of the time.Since it has the advantages which the other programs of keeping fit can not have,it has been well loved by the whole people in a short time of development,and it has become one of the most popular national wide fitness programs and a fashionable sports activity to pursue their own characteristics and the spirit of the age.
