摘要
"三羧酸循环"在生物体的物质代谢中所起的作用至关重要,以常规方法讲授,收效甚微.本文以黄河的地理特征为素材,联系"三羧酸循环"知识,运用情景教学法,寓教于乐,能达到多方面的教学目标.
Citric Acid Cycle plays an important role in metabolism.The teaching of it,if carried out in the conventional way,will leave poor effect on the students.The authors of this paper,taking the geo- graphical features of the Yellow River as materials,tries to teach it with the situational approach,which turns out to be effective and successful and certainly helps to achieve several objectives.
