摘要
利用现代信息技术,运用互联网技术、卫星通信技术、多媒体技术、ATM电信技术等现代科学技术手段,采用与视频系统在线学习相结合的方式是现代教育的趋势,该文对如何构建高校快速远程VOD系统的关键技术及系统构架作了详细的描述。
To apply video system in the online education is a trend. Many updated information technologies are applied in Video-On-Demand (VOD) system, including Internet, satellite communication, multimedia technology and ATM. Key technologies to construct the fast-speed VOD system in the university is analyzed and its architecture is introduced in this paper.
