摘要
在构建制造业高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,利用全国31个省份的2004—2017年面板数据,分析制造业高质量发展水平及其时空特征。研究表明:从总体来看,我国制造业高质量发展水平呈现上升趋势,2015年后上升速度加快;从空间分布来看,呈现出'东强西弱'的发展态势,东部地区明显高于其他地区,中西部次之,东北最弱。之后,基于依托基础、发展动力、生产方式、产品模式、支撑行业、配套产业与发展目标七个维度,提出推动制造业高质量发展的立体化路径。
On the Basis of constructing the evaluation index system of high quality development of manufacturing,this paper analyzes the high quality development level of manufacturing and its temporal and spatial characteristics using the panel data of 31 provinces from 2004 to 2017.The results show that:Generally speaking,the level of high quality development of China’s manufacturing was on the rise,and the rate of increase accelerated after 2015;there is a development trend of'strong in the east and weak in the west',specifically speaking,the eastern region is obviously higher than other regions,followed by the central and western regions,and the northeast is the weakest.This paper puts forward the paths of high quality development of manufacturing from seven dimensions including foundation of dependence,developing motive force,mode of production,product model,supporting industry,auxiliary industry and development goal.
