摘要
高校学生思想政治工作是推进高校思想宣传的战略性任务,是推动中国特色社会主义理论体系进教材、进课堂的重要举措。当前高校思想政治工作虽然取得了一定的进步,但仍需要每一位思想政治工作者认真思考,不断进取。从思想、口才、心理三个方面论述高校学生思想政治工作者必备的素质。
Ideological and political work of students in universities is a strategic task of promoting ideology and an important measure to introduce socialist theoretical system into textbooks and classrooms.Although the current ideological and political work has made some progress, it still calls for careful reflections and constant efforts of every ideological and political worker. This paper discusses the essential qualities of ideological and political workers from the perspectives of thought, eloquence and psychology.
