摘要
文章以辽宁省太子河流域为例,从水资源、社会经济和生态环境三个角度建立了评价指标体系。为提高评价模型的分辨率和适用性,针对各评价指标的模糊性和不确定性问题,考虑采用K-L PPC模型进行研究,然后结合研究流域实际状况建立了评价等级,并根据模型的最优投影方向科学评价了水资源可持续利用现状。结果显示:评价结果基本能够反映研究流域水资源利用现状,所构建的评价模型具有较强的实用性与可靠性。
Taking the Taizi river basin in Liaoning Province as an example, this study established an evaluation index system based on three respects of water resources, social economy and ecological environment.In order to improve the resolution and applicability of evaluation model, in light of issues about the fuzziness and uncertainty of each index, K-L PPC model is considered to be used for research;then combined with actual state of the river basin, to set up the evaluation grade, based on optimal projection direction of the model, to evaluate scientifically the state of water resources sustainable use. The results show that: the evaluation results can reflect basically the use state of water resources in the river basin, and the evaluation model established has high practicability and reliability.
