摘要
改革开放以来,我国中小学健康教育取得了巨大成就,其发展经历了以传授生理卫生知识为主的初始阶段(1978-1990年)、丰富健康教育内涵的快速发展阶段(1990-2001年)、课程融合实施的多元探索阶段(2001-2011年)和以提高健康素养为核心的全面深化阶段(2011至今)。通过对政策文本的分析,发现我国中小学健康教育在每个阶段具有不同的侧重点,并呈现出以下主要特征:课时设置随课程整合式发展不断调整;课程内容逐步形成满足青少年健康发展需求的体系;课程实施途径呈现多元化融合发展趋势等。在新时代、新形势下,为进一步提升我国中小学健康教育质量,应科学进行课时设置,充分彰显课程地位;不断优化课程内容,符合健康教育新理念;拓展课程实施渠道,全面实现健康育人。
Since the beginning of reform and opening up,health education has made great achievements in primary and secondary schools in China.It has gone through an initial stage of imparting knowledge of physical hygiene(1978-1990),a rapid development stage of enriching the connotation of health education(1990-2001),a pluralistic exploration stage of curricular integration(2001-2011)and a comprehensive deepening stage of enhancing health literacy(2011 to present).It is found that the setting of class hours is constantly adjusted,curricular contents gradually meet the needs of adolescents,and ways of curricular implementation are presented with multiple integration.
