债转股有利于改善银行经营环境 ,化解金融风险 ;有利于减轻企业负担 ,帮助国有企业脱困 ;有利于重塑企业新形势下的新型银企关系 ,促进国民经济的迅速发展 .在实施债转股中应采取措施 。
Turning creditor's rights into share rights is available for improving the operational environment of banks,dissolving financial risks,lightening the burden of enterprises,helping stateowned enterprises free from a predicament,remoulding new relationship between banks and enterprises under new situation.By so doing,it will promote the development of national economy rapidly.In carrying out turning creditor's rights into share rights,we should adopt effective measures so as to prevent negative effect occurring.
