摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉内球囊形成术及支架植入术的围术期护理措施;方法选择我院2013年12月至2015年12月收治的行冠状动脉内球囊形成术和支架植入术的患者80例,按照随机原则将全部患者随机分成对照组和实验组各40例,对照组患者给予随机对症护理,实验组患者则给予围手术期护理干预;结果护理干预后实验组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);另外实验组患者对护理工作的满意度和并发症发生率显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论加强冠状动脉内球囊形成术及支架植入术的围术期护理干预,能对患者的不良情绪进行有效改善,让患者的并发症发生率降低,并让患者对护理工作的满意度提高,促进患者疾病康复,值得临床推广和应用。
objective to study the coronary artery balloon forming technique and stent implantation in the perioperative nursing measures.Methods our hospital between December 2013 and December 2015 line coronary balloon form and stent implantation in 80 cases of patients,all in accordance with the principle of random patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 40 cases,control group patients give random symptomatic care,experimental group patients were given perioperative nursing intervention;Results the experimental group after nursing intervention in patients with SAS scores and SDS score significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05);Another complication rate of experimental group patients satisfaction of nursing work and significantly better than the control group patients(P< 0.05).Conclusion to strengthen coronary balloon forming technique and stent implantation in the perioperative nursing intervention,to effectively improve the patient's bad mood,let patients reduce the incidence of complications,and let the patient to nursing job satisfaction,promoting disease rehabilitation patients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
