血清P选择素与胆红素在脑梗死患者中的动态变化分析

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清P选择素、胆红素在不同时间、不同病情下的变化及临床意义。方法选择125例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,并选择同期行体检的120例健康人群作为对照组,观察两组血清P选择素和胆红素的动态变化。结果急性脑梗死患者P选择素水平在各时间段均明显高于对照组,且中重型脑梗死组明显高于轻型脑梗死组.差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻型脑梗死组TBIL、DBIL、IBIL浓度明显低于对照组,中重型脑梗死组上述指标均明显高于正常组与轻型脑梗死组。结论血清胆红素水平、P选择素可一定程度的反映急性脑梗死病情的严重程度,为脑梗死的诊治工作提供临床参考依据。
