摘要
目的探讨并观察病毒性角膜炎中西药结合临床治疗效果。方法所选研究对象为我院于2012年3月-2013年11月所收治的90例病毒性角膜炎患者,基于患者临床资料的分析以及治疗方式的不同,随机进行分为对照组与观察组,两组病例各为45例,对照组采取常规的西药抗病毒治疗,观察组采取中西药结合的方式来予以治疗,对比观察两组治疗效果。结果经一段时间的治疗,观察组治疗有效率明显比对照组高,且患者治愈时间也明显比对照组短,二者所存差异显著,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论在病毒性角膜炎的临床治疗中采用中西药结合的方式来予以治疗,所获疗效显著,可加速患者视力的康复,缩短治愈时间,在临床中具有一定的推广价值以及应用价值。
Objective To study the viral keratitis clinical therapeutic effects were observed.Method selected the object of study for our hospital in March2012- November 2013 treated 90cases of viral keratitis patients,based on the analysis and treatment of patients with clinical data,randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups of cases in 45 cases,control group take regular western medicine antiviral treatment,observation group treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine to be,two groups of treatment effect observed.Results after a period of treatment,the treatment efficient observation group was obviously higher than control group,and the patient cure time is shorter than the control group obviously,the two have significant difference,statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions in clinical treatment of viral keratitis with combination of Chinese and western medicine to the treatment,the curative effect is distinct,obtained can speed the recovery of the patients' vision,shorten the healing time,has certain popularization value and application in clinical value.
