同辈学习法用于外科护理教学的初探及体会

摘要 目的将同辈学习法应用于外科护理的教学中,以更好地达到教学目标。方法 2009级高职护理专业1-4班共174人,随机分为学习组(n=90)和对照组(n=84)。结果实验组学生的学习兴趣、考试成绩平均分、优秀率、及格率都明显高于对照组,在统计学上有显著性差异(p【0.05)。结论同辈学习法是一种让学生积极参与教学过程,培养学生多方面才能的有效的教学方法,有利于学生综合素质的提高和综合能力的培养。 objective to peer learning method applied in surgical nursing teaching, in order to bet er achieve the goal of teaching. Methods 2009 higher vocational nursing specialty 1-4 shift 174 people in total, were randomly divided into study group ( n=90 ) and control group ( n=84 ). Results the experimental group students' interest in learning, exam grade point average, excel ent rate, the pass rate was obviously higher than that in control group, the significant dif erence ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion peer learning is a way for students to actively participate in the teaching process, to cultivate the students' al-round ability and ef ective teaching methods, is conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and the comprehensive ability cultivation.
