摘要
采用Cement-FA(FlyAsh)-SF(SilicaFume)三元胶凝材料系统及正交设计手段配制高强混凝土,以混凝土的抗压强度为指标,利用数学软件SAS统计分析系统,定量地分析胶凝材料总量、矿物掺和料比例、水胶比、砂率等因素及其不同的掺量水平对混凝土强度发展历程的影响。结果表明,正交设计的分析结果与试验结果有良好的一致性,可为高强混凝土的配合比设计提供方向及定量化分析手段。
In present study,Cement-FA (Fly Ash)-SF (Silica Fume)ternary cementitious system and orthogonal design method are adopted for concrete mix proportioning.Meanwhile,mathematical software SAS(Sta-tistical Analysis System)is adopted,depending on concrete strength as an index,to analysis the prominence of series of factors(the total amount of cementitious material,the proportion of mineral admixtures,W/B,sand pro portion)and their different proportional levels quantitatively,so that concrete mix proportion is op timized by this design method.Con clu sion in di cates that the analy sis re sults of orthogonal design method man ifest fa vorable con sis tency with the experiment results.
