摘要
麻黄、附子配伍可用于外感表证、内伤杂病、诸窍病、妇科病等。太阳主表,为一身之藩篱;少阴主里,为一身之根本。外感过程中,邪气侵袭人体,因人体少阴之气的强弱,出现不同的证候,麻黄主入太阳经功在驱邪,附子主入少阴经功在扶正,麻黄、附子配伍,驱邪又扶正,治疗诸外感病证。临床中纯实证少见,纯虚证更是不多,虚实夹杂证最为常见,麻黄、附子的联合正与虚实错杂、邪实正虚的病理特点吻合,麻黄给邪出路、引邪外达,附子温阳固护少阴,防止麻黄发越太过,两者组合闭门不留寇、祛邪不伤正。气是人体一切生命活动的基础,气机紊乱又是各种疾病的始动因素,麻黄向上向外宣畅气机又能通调水道使气下行,附子向内向下调理气机亦能由里达表、温通表里,两者相配一上一下,调畅人体气机,治疗内伤杂病。
The compatibility of Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae) and Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata) can be used for external contraction syndrome,miscellaneous diseases due to internal injuries,diseases in orifices,gynecological diseases,etc.Taiyang meridian controls the exterior,and is the fence of the whole body,while Shaoyin meridian controls the interior,and is the foundation of the whole body.In the process of exogenous contraction,pathogenic qi invades the human body.Because of the different strength of qi of shaoyin meridian,different syndromes appear.Mahuang mainly enters Taiyang meridian to remove pathogens,while Fuzi enters Shaoyin meridian to strengthen healthy qi.The compatibility of Mahuang and Fuzi can exert the above two functions and treat various diseases due to external contraction.In clinical practice,pure excess syndrome is rare,and pure deficiency syndrome is especially rare,so the mixture of deficiency and excess is common.The combination of Mahuang and Fuzi coincides with the pathological characteristics of intermingled deficiency and excess.Mahuang gives pathogens outlet,induces them out,while Fuzi warms yang and protects Shaoyin in order to prevent the occurrence of Mahuang from exerting too much.The combination of the two does not retain aggressors,but dispels pathogens and without harming healthy qi.Qi is the basis of all life activities of the human body.The disorder of qi is the initiating factor of various diseases.Mahuang can mainly function upward and outward,and regulate the water channel to make qi descend.Fuzi mainly function inward and downward,and can also drive pathogens from inside to outside,warm and dredge exterior and interior.The two can be matched to regulate qi activities of the human body and treat miscellaneous diseases due to internal injuries.
