摘要
国医大师孙光荣临证58载,认为"随证治之"是对中医治法的高度概括,是针对"观其脉证"获知的"主证""知犯何逆"把握的"主变"而抓的"主方",对如何择用有效方药"随证治之"进行深入探索,将自身多年临床经验总结成歌诀,并阐发其内涵,对于从事中医临床者有重要的指导意义。
National Chinese medicine Master Sun Guangrong, with 58 years of clinical experience, points out that 'treatment methods selection according to syndromes' is actually a high-level summary of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,which is the 'main prescriptions' according to 'main syndromes' informed from 'pulse and syptomes observing' and 'main changes of symptoms' grasped from 'knowing what mistaken therapy was applied'. In this paper, how to choose effective prescriptions to treat syndromes was further explored. The poems of clinical experience were summarized to describing its connotations, which have a great reference value for TCM clinical doctors.
