摘要
蝶腭神经节就像是调控变应性鼻炎的'开关',对鼻部腺体分泌的双向调节至关重要。针刺蝶腭神经节可以刺激鼻腔交感神经兴奋,而对副交感神经影响较小。针刺蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎相较于传统针刺及西药,具有取穴少、治疗时间短、不良反应小、短期疗效与长期疗效俱佳的优势,具体进针点有所不同,以李新吾教授所述颧骨弓下沿,约相当于颧骨颞突和颞骨颧突合缝线部位稍显膨大处进针为宜,针刺时间应有连续性、定期性,每周1次,每次1侧即可。目前研究存在针刺蝶腭神经节与体针及其他针灸疗法的联合使用、针具选择、针刺频率以及疗程等的规范性缺失问题,且体表进针点临床中并未统一。若能进一步规范与其他针灸疗法的配合使用、针具选择、针刺频率及疗程,可得到更好的临床运用及推广。
The sphenopalatine ganglion acts as a'switch'for the regulation of allergic rhinitis and is essential for the bilateral regulation of nasal gland secretion.Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion can stimulate sympathetic nerve excitation in nasal cavity,and has little effect on parasympathetic nerve.Compared with traditional acupuncture and western medicine,acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion has the advantages of fewer points,shorter treatment time,less side effects,better short-term and long-term effects.Specific needle insertion points are different.The lower edge of zygomatic arch described by Professor Li Xinwu is approximate to the slightly enlarged part of zygomatic temporal process and zygomatic suture of temporal bone.The needling time should be continuous and regular,once a week,one side at a time.At present,there are some problems in the study,such as the lack of standardization in the combination of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion,body acupuncture and other acupuncture therapies,the selection of needles,the frequency of acupuncture and the course of treatment,and the clinical application of body surface needling points is not unified.It is hoped that the cooperation with other acupuncture therapies,needle selection,frequency and course of treatment can be further standardized in the future,so as to get better clinical application and promotion.
