摘要
目的:观察补肾利湿活血汤治疗特发性少弱精子症的临床疗效并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将82例特发性少弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组42例,对照组40例。治疗组给予补肾利湿活血汤口服,对照组给予五子衍宗软胶囊口服。两组均连续治疗3个月后评价临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后精子密度、a级精子活率、(a+b)级精子活率、精子活动率及精浆锌含量。结果:治疗组临床有效率为85.71%,对照组有效率为67.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精子密度、a级精子活率、(a+b)级精子活率及精子活动率均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精浆锌含量均升高,治疗组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾利湿活血汤治疗特发性少弱精子症疗效显著,可增加精子密度,提高精子活力,其作用机制可能与提高精浆锌含量有关。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Lishi Huoxue Decoction in treatment of idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia,and preliminary discussion on the mechanism.Methods:82 patients with idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 42 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Lishi Huoxue Decoction,and the control group was given Wuzi Yanzong soft capsule for oral administration.The clinical efficacy in both groups was evaluated after continuous treatment for 3 months.The sperm density,grade A sperm survival rate,grade(A+B)sperm survival rate,sperm activity rate and seminal zinc content in both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group,and that was 67.5%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the sperm density,grade A sperm survival rate,grade(A+B)sperm survival rate and sperm activity rate were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Seminal zinc content was significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Lishi Huoxue Decoction has a significant effect in treatment of idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia,which can increase sperm density and improve sperm motility.The mechanism of that may be related to the improvement of zinc content in seminal plasma,which deserves further study.
