摘要
妊娠脉诊是中医学的一大特色。根据脉象可判断妊娠与否,推测妊娠的月份、预测胎儿性别、判定生产日期和指导产后康复。但历代医籍对此众说纷纭,或语焉不详,致使后学者难以运用。笔者查阅相关经典古籍和文献报道并进行总结,详细论述妊娠脉象中少阴脉动甚、阴脉小弱、阴搏阳别的滑数脉、身有病而无邪脉、神门脉动,天突穴脉动;诊脉辨男女;离经脉中脉象散乱与中冲脉动;产后脉象由滑数而重按无力变为平和而呈虚缓。临证之时,因妊娠之人禀赋各不相同,健康状况各异,故诊断妊娠与否,当四诊合参,并且需长期认真体会,熟练掌握,方可得出正确结论。
Pulse diagnosis on pregnant women is a major feature of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the pulse,the pregnancy can be judged,the pregnancy month is calculated,the fetal gender is predicted,the production date is determined,and the postpartum rehabilitation is guided.However,the medical records of the past generations have different opinions,or the language is difficult to understand,which makes it difficult for current scholars to apply this kind of technique.The author consults the relevant classic ancient books and literature reports,and tries to summarize them as follows:in the pregnancy pulse,the Shaoyin pulse being very strong,the Yin pulse being small and weak,the slippery pulse of Yin Bo Yang Bie,the body being sick yet there being no evil pulse,the Shenmen pulsation,the Tiantu point pulsation,diagnosis of boy and girl fetus scattered pulsation;postpartum pulse,Chong pulse being strong,postpartum pulse changing from being slip and quick to being deficient and slow.At the time of clinical trial,because of the different endowments of pregnant women and different health conditions,it is necessary to diagnose pregnancy with comprehensive analysis of the four examination methods.Besides,long-term serious understanding and mastery are required so as to make the correct conclusion.
