摘要
目的:观察益气清利和络方加减联合离子导入治疗慢性肾小球肾炎气虚湿热瘀阻证患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组在基础治疗的同时采用益气清利和络方联合离子导入,对照组在基础治疗的同时加用雷公藤多苷治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为87.5%和85.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后尿蛋白定量和尿红细胞数及白蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、胆固醇、三酰甘油水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、三酰甘油比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组24小时尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞数水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气清利和络方加减联合离子导入可有效降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞,改善患者肾功能及血脂异常,同时有升高血清白蛋白的作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqiqinglitongluo Priscription combined with iontophoresis in treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis patients with Qi deficiency,Damp-heat and Blood Stasis.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).Both groups received basis treatment.In addition,the treatment group was treated with Yiqiqinglitongluo Priscription combined with iontophoresis,while the control group was treated with Tripterygium Glycosides.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5% and 85.0% respectively and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the urinary protein and urine erythrocyte count,albumin and serum creatinine,serum albumin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,cholesterol and triglyceride within the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in levels of urinary protein,urinary red blood cell count and albumin,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,cholesterol,triglyceride between the two groups(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in levels of 24 h urinary protein and urine red cell count(P >0.05).Conclusion:Yiqiqinglitongluo Prescription combined with iontophoresis can effectively reduce patients' urinary protein and urinary red blood cells,improve patients' renal function and dyslipidemia and increase the serum albumin of patients.
