摘要
目的:研究针药灸并用法对己烯雌酚预处理后家兔在体子宫平滑肌的兴奋作用。方法:取雌性未孕家兔40只,随机分5组,分别为空白组、针刺组、艾灸组、红花组和联合组。针刺组针刺次髎穴30 min;艾灸组艾灸双侧至阴穴30 min;红花组小肠给药红花提取液(4 m L·kg^(-1));空白组给予与红花组等剂量的生理盐水;联合组同时施加针刺次髎穴、艾灸至阴穴和红花提取液(4 m L·kg^(-1))3个因素。采用常规方法分离在体子宫,运用BL-420生物机能实验系统记录在体子宫平滑肌的活动,以子宫收缩的频率、强度及收缩力作为指标,分别观察针刺次髎穴、至阴穴、静脉注射红花注射液及三者联合运用对家兔在体子宫平滑肌的影响。结果:与空白组比较,艾灸组和联合组在10 min时子宫收缩强度显著加大(P<0.05),针刺组和红花组在20 min时子宫收缩强度显著加大(P<0.05),联合组在20 min时子宫收缩强度出现了极显著升高(P<0.01);20 min时针刺组子宫收缩频率显著加快(P<0.05),40 min时艾灸组和红花组子宫收缩频率显著加快(P<0.05),联合组在10 min、20 min、40 min、60 min时测量,子宫收缩频率均显著加快(P<0.05),同时子宫活动力显著增强(P<0.05)。与联合组比较,针刺组10 min、20 min、60 min子宫收缩强度差异显著(P<0.05),40 min差异极显著(P<0.01),艾灸组10 min和20 min子宫收缩强度差异显著(P<0.05),红花组20 min、40 min、60 min子宫收缩强度差异显著(P<0.05),10 min差异不显著(P>0.05);40 min和60 min时针刺组、艾灸组和红花组家兔子宫的收缩频率和活动力均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺次髎穴、艾灸至阴穴及红花注射液3个因素联合使用对家兔在体子宫平滑肌有明显地兴奋作用,可加快收缩频率,增强收缩幅度,提高收缩张力,针药灸并用对子宫具有显著的兴奋作用优于单一因素的使用,为临床应用提供了依据。
Objective:To study the exciting effects of treatment with medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on rabbit’s uterus in vivo pretreated by diethylstilbestrol with the methods of acupuncture plus medicine and moxibustion.Methods:Forty female rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,acupuncture group,moxibustion group,Safflower group and combination group.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture of Ciliao acupoint for 30 min; the moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion bilateral Zhiyin acupoints for 30 min; the Safflower group was treated with Safflower extract through small intestine(4 mL ·kg-1); the blank group was treated with equal dose of Saline with that of the Safflower group(4 mL ·kg-1); the combination group was treated with moxibustion of bilateral Zhiyin acupoints,acupuncture of Ciliao acupoint and Safflower extract(4 mL ·kg-1) at the same time.Conventional method was adopted to prepare rabbit uterine specimens in vivo.The activity of uterine smooth muscle was recorded with BL-420 biological function test system.The frequency,intensity and contractility of uterinecontraction were used as the indexes in observing the combined effect of acupuncture,moxibustion and the injection of Safflower on Rabbit’s uterine smooth muscle.Results:Compared with that of the blank group,the uterine contraction strength of the moxibustion group and the combination group increased significantly at 10 min（P < 0.05）,and the uterine contraction strength of the acupuncture group and the Safflower group increased significantly at 20 min（P < 0.05）.The uterine contraction strength of the combination group increased significantly at 20 min（P < 0.01）.The frequency of uterine contraction of the acupuncture group was significantly increased at 20 min（P < 0.05）.The frequency of uterine contraction of the moxibustion group and Safflower group significantly increased at 40 min（P < 0.05）.The frequency of uterine contraction and the activity of uterus of the combination gr
