摘要
目的 :观察Ig A肾病患者的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平,分析其与患者疾病发生发展的关系。方法 :回顾性分析2015年8月～2017年8月在我院接受治疗的Ig A肾病患者的临床资料,根据其是否合并血管病变分为血管病变组和未合并血管病变组,同时选取同期在我院接受治疗的非Ig A肾病患者的资料作为对照。观察三组患者血清VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平,以及肾功能的差异,分析Ig A肾病患者的VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平与肾功能的相关性。结果 :Ig A肾病组患者的VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平高于对照组;Ig A肾病组患者的BUN、SCr水平高于对照组,GFR水平低于对照组;合并血管病变组VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平高于未合并血管病变组;合并血管病变组患者的BUN、SCr水平高于未合并血管病变者,GFR水平低于未合并血管病变者;Ig A肾病患者的VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平与BUN、SCr正相关,与GFR水平负相关。结论 :Ig A肾病患者的VEGF、 ET-1、TNF-α水平较高,且与肾功能密切相关。
Objective To observe the level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin-1(ET-1)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in patients with Ignephropathy,and to analyze the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(A)and the occurrence and development of the disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of August 2015 August 2017 year in our hospital for treatment of Igin patients with A nephropathy,according to whether the merger divided into vascular disease group and without vascular disease group,at the same time were selected in our hospital for treatment of non IgA nephropathy patients as the control data.The serum levels of VEGF,ET-1,TNF-,and renal function were observed in three groups of patients.The correlation of VEGF,ET-1,TNF-level and renal function in patients with IgA nephropathy were analyzed.Results The levels of VEGF,ET-1 and TNF-in patients with IgA nephropathy were higher than those in control group;The levels of BUN and SCr in patients with IgA nephropathy group were higher than those in control group,and GFR level was lower than that in control group;The levels of VEGF,ET-1 and TNF-in patients with vascular lesions were higher than those in the group without vascular disease;The levels of BUN and SCr in patients with vascular lesions were higher than those without vascular lesions,and GFR levels were lower than those of patients without vascular disease;The levels of VEGF,ET-1 and TNF-in patients with Ig nephropathy were positively correlated with BUN and SCr,and negatively correlated with GFR levels in patients with A nephropathy.Conclusion The levels of VEGF,ET-1 and TNF-were higher in patients with A nephropathy,and were closely related to renal function in patients with Ig nephropathy.
