IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1、NO与颈椎病病情严重程度的关系研究 被引量:20

Study on the relationship between IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1, NO and the severity of cervical spondylosis

摘要 目的 :探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、人转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和一氧化氮(NO)在颈椎病患者中的表达及与病情严重程度的关系。方法 :选取2015年2月~2016年12月在我院治疗的87例颈椎病患者(病例组),同时选取健康志愿者87例作为对照组,检测两组血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO水平。结果 :病例组患者IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO分别为(52.28±10.83)pg/mL、(10.02±2.13)pg/mL、(1.01±0.26)ng/mL、(1.29±0.10)μg/L和(20.13±2.07)μmol/L,明显高于对照组;重度患者IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO分别为(61.03±10.22)pg/mL、(13.78±2.20)pg/mL、(1.32±0.33)ng/mL、(1.43±0.33)μg/L和(27.32±3.90)μmol/L,明显高于轻度和中度患者;患者IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO与患者病情程度呈正相关(rs=0.298、0.304、0.311、0.322和0.301);患者IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO之间无相关性。结论 :颈椎病患者血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β1及NO明显升高,可能在疾病发生发展中有一定作用,值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-10, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and nitric oxide(NO) in cervical spondylosis and relationship with the severity of the illness. Methods Selected 87 patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016(cases group), and 87 healthy volunteers as control group, detected two group serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO. ResultsThe cases group patients IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO were(52.28± 10.83) pg/mL,(10.02±2.13) pg/mL,(1.01±0.26) ng/mL,(1.29±0.10)μg/L and(20.13±2.07)μmol/L, significantly higher than the control group; Severe patients IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO were(61.03±10.22) pg/mL,(13.78±2.20) pg/mL,(1.32±0.33) ng/mL,(1.43±0.33)μg/L and(27.32±3.90)μmol/L, significantly higher than that in mild and moderate patients; IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO was positively correlated with the severity of the disease(rs=0.298, 0.304, 0.311, 0.322 and 0.301,); There was no correlation between IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO. Conclusion Cervical spondylosis patients serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and NO are increased significantly, may play a role in the occurrence and development of disease, worth further study.
