摘要
目的:探讨孕三烯酮联合中医辩证分期治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效研究。方法:将68例子宫内膜异位症分为两组,每组34例。对照组给予孕三烯酮治疗。研究组在对照组基础上,采用中医辨证分期治疗,经期给予自拟痛经方,非经期给予自拟补肾活血汤。对比两组中医症状评分及血清FSH、E2、LH、CA125的水平变化。结果:研究组的疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后疼痛、经血夹块、盆腔包块、腰膝酸软、总评分显著降低;治疗后,研究组的疼痛、经血夹块、盆腔包块、腰膝酸软、总评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后FSH、E2、LH、CA125显著降低;治疗后,研究组的FSH、E2、LH、CA125显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:中医辩证分期联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效确切,能显著改善患者临床症状,调节性激素水平,降低血清CA125的水平。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of gestrinone combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 68 cases of endometriosis were divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given gestrinone treatment. On the basis of the control group, the research group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. In the menstrual period, treated with Tongjing decoction. In the menstrual period, treated by Bushen Huoxue decoction. Compared with the two groups of Chinese medicine symptom scores and serum levels of FSH, E2, LH, CA125 changes. Results The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The two groups after treatment pain, blood clot, pelvic mass, waist and knees, the total score decreased significantly. After treatment, the study group of pain, blood clot, pelvic mass, waist and knees, the total score was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. FSH, E2, LH and CA125 were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the FSH, E2, LH, CA125 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion TCM dialectical stage combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis is effective, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, regulate hormone levels, reduce the level of serum CA125.
