Objective To explore the effect of the application of the non head compression screw in internal fixation for fracture of the distal radius. Methods 100 patients with distal radius fractures were collected from January 2015 to January 2014. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random table method.50 cases were treated with no head compression screws. Results In comparison with the average values of bleeding volume, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative hospital stay, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the observation group, the functional score of Jakim was superior, good, and poor, and the total excellent and good rate was compared to the control group, the difference was not significant. In the postoperative followup, observation group and control group of wrist function and excellent and good rate of 86.00% and 84.00%, respectively; two groups of Cooney wrist score pain pain had no significant difference observed group of other Cooney wrist score function, activity range, grip and control group were compared. The former is significantly higher than the latter. Conclusion The treatment of the fracture of the distal radius can be greatly reduced by using the method of the non head compression. It can greatly reduce the amount of bleeding and operation time.
