摘要
目的 :观察比较"氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+埃索美拉唑镁"法与单一使用埃索美拉唑镁法治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征的临床效果。方法 :根据纳入/排除标准共选取93例病例作为本次研究对象并随机分组;观察组采用"氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+埃索美拉唑镁"法治疗,对照组单一使用埃索美拉唑镁法处理;比较两组患者治疗前后精神状况变化情况、上腹痛综合征(上腹部疼痛感、灼热感)症状评分变化情况。结果 :观察组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分依次为(12.4±7.6)分、(7.1±4.9)分,均较对照组有明显降低;治疗后上腹部疼痛感评分、上腹部灼热感评分依次为(0.4±0.3)分、(0.3±0.2)分,均较对照组有显著降低。结论 :氟哌噻吨美利曲辛、埃索美拉唑镁联合法较之单一使用抑酸药物治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征临床效果更为理想,既使患者精神状况得到明显改善,又使患者上腹部疼痛感、灼热感得到有效缓解。
Objective To observe and compare effects of treating functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome by using flupenthixol melitracen and esomeprazole magnesium together and esomeprazole magnesium alone. Methods Chose 93 clinial cases as the observation objects according to incorporated into/exclusion criteria, and divided them into observation group and control group randomly. Used flupenthixol melitracen and esomeprazole magnesium together to treat these patients in observation group, while adopted esomeprazole magnesium alone to treat control group’s patients; Then compared these two groups patients’ mental status changes and score changes of epigastric pain syndrome(including epigastric pain and burning heat sensation) before and after treatment. Results Observation group’s HAMA score and HAMD score were(12.4±7.6) points and(7.1±4.9) points respectively, the scores lower significantly when compared with control group’s after treatment. And epigastric pain score and burning heat sensation score were(0.4±0.3) points and(0.3±0.2) points after treatment, which lowered significantly when compared with control group’s. Conclusion It is better to adopt flupenthixol melitracen and esomeprazole magnesium together to treat functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome, because it has better clinical effects compared with using esomeprazole magnesium alone. Not only it could improve patients’ mental status significantly, but also release their epigastric pain and burning heat sensation effectively.
