摘要
打造便利化、法治化、国际化营商环境已经成为各地实现经济高质量发展的共识性意见。通过对N省Y市营商环境建设的实践观察可以发现,在取得不俗绩效的同时也暴露出不少隐忧。而营商环境建设是一个长期渐进的过程,需要不断创新与提升,包括营造一个健康的市场环境、构建完善的企业社会化服务体系、优化企业的融资环境以及完善促进经济高质量发展的财政税收法规政策等。
There is the consensus around China to build a convenient,legal and international business environment to promote the economic development of high-quality.Through the practice observation of the construction of business environment in Y city of N province,it is found that a great achievement has been made,but many concerns has risen as well.However,it is a long way to build a healthy market environment,construct a better service system of enterprises,optimize the financing environment of enterprises and promote a more perfect regulation and policy of finance and taxation.
