论大学德育的软环境——从《论语》“人能弘道”谈起

摘要 孔子继承并发展周代以来的人文主义精神,其核心标志就是"人能弘道"的观点的提出。孔子爱人、尊重人,期待人通过学习完成理性自觉。在孔子看来,理想社会的构建与实现,最终是以社会之中的全体个体的参与和自觉为基础。这尤其是以君子为代表的统治阶层的责任与使命。以君子为主体的仁政、德治,启示我们在大学德育工作中,必须首先致力于唤起大学生的社会主体角色意识。为大学生创造更为广泛的社会参与权利,推动大学生未来社会主体的意识的形成。 Confucius inherits and develops the spirit of humanism since the Zhou Dynasty. He believes that people can keep and carry forward morality. Confucius loves people and respects people, looking forward to the completion of rational consciousness through learning. According to Confucius, the building and realizing of an ideal society should be based on the entire society’s participation and conscientiousness, which is the particular responsibility and mission for the gentlemen who stand for the ruling class. The enlightenment of benevolence and morality government is that we must first of all be dedicated to arousing awareness of social subjects among university students. And we must offer wider social participation rights for students and promote the formation of students’ future awareness of social subjects.
