摘要
高校的科学研究是创新型人才培养的必然要求,是学校进一步提高教育教学质量、提升学科水平和核心竞争力的关键。从高校科研管理存在的问题着手,提出有针对性的改进措施,对提高科研服务和管理水平,适应新时期科研管理工作的需要具有现实意义。
Scientific research in colleges and universities is an inevitable demand of cultivating innovative talents, is also the core for colleges and universities to promote further teaching quality and enhancing discipline level and core competence. This essay started from existing problems in research and development in colleges and universities, put forward pertinent improving measures, thus it has realistic significance in improving the serving and managing level of research and development and adapting to the needs of research and development management in this new period.
