摘要
庞德作为美国现代社会法学派的创始人和主要代表,提出了法律的社会控制理论。文章围绕法律与社会控制这一主题,以腐败为例,简要说明了通过法律进行社会控制的重要性,主要有利于和谐社会的建构,并指出了其著作对后世的重大影响。
As a founder and main deputy of the Sociological Law, Pound advanced the theory about social control of law. Around the subject, this article which pays more attention to corruption and social control is mainly advantageous to the construction of harmonious society. At the same time, the author points out the importance of social control by law as well as the influence of the work.
