林州龙湖水华暴发期间藻类群落特征初析

Preliminary analysis of phytoplankton community characteristics during algal blooming in Long Lake, Linzhou City

摘要 林州龙湖为新建人工湖,连续两年都暴发水华。本研究调查水华暴发期间龙湖3个子湖浮游藻类群落结构。结果显示龙湖水华优势种为惠氏微囊藻(Microcystis wesenbergii)、铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、史密斯微囊藻(Microcystis smithii)和水华微囊藻(Microcystis flos-aquae),藻类密度范围在8.7×107~1.57×109cells/L之间。多样性指数显示1#湖处于重污染状态,2#湖处于中污染状态,3#湖处于轻污染状态。 Long Lake was a newly-built artificial lake, with continuous blooms for two years, in Linzhou City,Henan, China. Phytoplankton community structures in three son lakes of Long Lake were investigated. It was shown that the dominant bloom species were Microcystis wesenbergii, Microcystis aeruginosa, Microcystis smithii,and Microcystis flos-aquae. The phytoplankton density covered from 8.7×107to 1.57×109cells/L. Biodiversity index assessment indicated that Lake 1#, 2#and 3#were seriously, moderately and slightly polluted, respectively.
