摘要
文章总结了最近几年笔者辅导选手参加河南省中等职业教育技能大赛车工技能竞赛的经验,并重点就如何挑选竞赛选手、合理制定训练计划、注重训练的方式方法等等方面作具体分析,以促进师生专业能力的提高。
This paper summarizes the experience of the author counseling athletes in recent years of secondary vocational education in skills contest sewing skills competition,and focus on how to pick the contest players,reasonable develop training programs,focusing on the ways and means of training for a specific analysis,to promote the professional capabilities of the teachers and students.
