摘要
校企"双主体"办学是当前高职教育的主要发展方向,这一培养模式有利于实现学校和企业双方面的资源共享。高职教学团队以此为契机来加强自身建设对提高高职院校办学质量具有重要意义。通过校企"互聘共培","双岗双薪"等方法建立专兼一体化教师体系是校企双主体办学模式下加强教学团队建设的有益探索。
The school-enterprise "Double Subjects" cultivation mode is the general development trend of higher vocational education.This mode will promote the resources sharing of both school and enterprises.It will improve the quality of higher vocational education if their teaching-team seize the opportunity to strengthen themselves.It’s a beneficial exploration for teaching-team building by establishing a integrated system of full-time and part-time teacher by "mutually employed"," double-job,double-income " and other methods.
