摘要
由于内地藏生有着和同年龄同层次的内地其他学生明显的差异,在对藏生的培养过程中,内地西藏班不同程度地踏入了某些教育误区。内地藏生的培养是一个系统工程,内地西藏班教育工作者必须针对藏生的特殊性,遵循教育规律和学生成长规律,坚持以人为本,因材施教,用"人格本位"理论作指导,走出教育误区,为实现西藏经济社会跨越式发展提供坚实的人才基础。
Because of the difference between inland Tibetan students and other inland students of the same age,there are some error in teaching Tibetan students.The author considers that the cultivating of the Tibetan students inland is a systematic project.The inland teachers of Tibetan classes should refer to their particularity,follow the patterns of education and their growth,persist in humanism,teaching in accordance with their aptitude,in order to change the education misconstruction,provide a solid capable students foundation for the striding development of Tibet economy.
