摘要
效率与公平是人类社会追求的两个相辅相成的重要价值目标。从经济伦理的角度来看,不能简单地将公平看作是一种结果或机会的均等,而应当是在效率中推进公平。在社会主义市场经济中,公平还应当灌注一种"以人为本"的伦理关怀。
Justice and efficiency are the important goals of the social. From the angle of economic ethics, we should not regard justice as equal result or equal opportunity. Under the condition of the socialist market-oriented economy, the relationship of justice and efficiency is integrated, so we should carry justice forward from developing efficiency.
