摘要
针对河南省CORS系统用户,提供基于"河南省现代三维大地测绘基准"的多坐标系统的平面坐标转换、高程精化等功能服务。用户在全省范围内作业,不需要联测已知点,实现多种数据格式的坐标转在线服务;实现1980西安坐标系、1954北京坐标系及对应地方坐标系在线转换,CGCS2000地方坐标系建立及数据在线服务化。
For the users of CORS system in Henan province, the plane coordinate conversion, the elaboration of theelevation and other functions of multi coordinate system based on ' Modern three-dimensional geodetic datum ofHenan Province ' was provided. The user operation in the province, do not need to connect the known points, to real-ize the coordinate transfer online service of multiple data formats, to realize online conversion of 1980 Xi'an coordi-nate system, 1954 Beijing coordinate system and local coordinate system, CGCS2000 local coordinate system estab-lishment and data on line service.
