摘要
我国桥梁普遍比较重视桥梁建设期内的安全和结构强度,而忽视结构的使用寿命,这将严重影响了其正常服务功能的发挥,给养护、维修等后期运营管理工作带来难以承受的巨大经济和社会负担,也使桥梁的建设管理面临着极大的系统风险。为实现可持续发展,延长桥梁的使用寿命,促进桥梁维护和管理水平的提高,合理配置资源与资金,降低桥梁全寿命周期的总成本,需对桥梁结构的使用寿命进行研究。通过对公众进行问卷调查和实地考察详细了解桥梁结构,并深入分析桥梁在使用过程中出现的各种问题和影响桥梁使用寿命主要因素。本文调查分析研究将有利于公众对影响桥梁使用寿命因素的认识,同时将为相关部门制定桥梁保护措施提供决策参考。
The safety and structural strength during the bridge construction period are generally emphasized in ourcountry, but the service life of the structure is ignored, which would seriously affect the play of its normal services,bring unbearable and huge economic and social burden to the maintenance, repair and other post-operational man-agement, but also make the construction and management of the bridge face great systemic risk.To achieve sustain-able development and extend the service life of the bridge, promote bridge maintenance and improve the level of man-agement, allocate resources and funds rationally, reduce the total life-cycle cost of the bridge, the service life of thebridge structure needs to be studied. Learn more about the bridge structure by public questionnaires and site visits,and the various problems occurred in the using processing and the main factors affecting the service life of the bridgeare deeply analyzed. The investigation and analysis in this article will help civilians to know about the factors affect-ing the service life of bridge, and it will provide decision-making reference to the relevant government departmentson making the bridge protection measures.
