硅藻土负载型复合相变材料的制备与表征 被引量:3

摘要 以硅藻精土为载体,以Na2SO4·10H2O和切片石蜡为相变材料,进行了复合相变材料的制备及表征。采用插层复合法制备出了硅藻土负载型的复合相变材料,采用差示扫描量热分析仪、SEM对复合材料的相变温度、相变潜热以及形貌等进行了表征。在Na2SO4·10H2O与切片石蜡的质量比为1:3、负载量为60%、负载时间为2h、水浴温度为70℃的条件下制备出了复合相变材料,其相变温度为31.22℃和51.20℃,相变潜热为79.81J/g,相变材料均匀地吸附硅藻土多孔基体材料中,并与基体材料结合为一体。 The paper studies preparation and characterization of the composite phase change material which uses diatomite as carrier and Na2SO4·10H2O and sliced paraffin as phase change material.The diatomite supported composite phase change material is prepared by the intercalation compound method.It was characterized by phase transition temperature,latent heat and morphology by differential scanning calorimetryand SEM.Under the condition of Na2SO4·10H2O and slice paraffin mass ratio of 1:3,the load of 60%,the load time of 2h,and the water bath temperature of 70° C,the composite phase change material is prepared.The phase transition temperature is 31.22° C and 51.20° C.The latent heat is 79.81 J/g.The phase change material uniformly adsorbed celite porous substrate material,and combined with the base material as a whole.
